I have long wanted a chiming pendulum wall clock.The Hermle clock at Clock Shop took my eye and so I took the plunge and bought it over the internet. It was delivered in a few days and what a joy the clock is! It has lifted our spirits in these COVID times.
When I could not get the chimes right, Daniel was very attentive over the telephone. His advice and an iPhone video had the tiny problem fixed in no time.
