Booked taxi online well in advance to be picked up at 8:30, at 8:15 (as we are already waiting) they called to say that they cancelled the taxi as they no longer have someone to collect us even though my confirmation email said booking had been confirmed and someone was on their way? Will not be using this company again, and would not recommend to anyone else especially after reading other negative reviews. Poor customer service. When responded to on google they said they couldnt find me on the system despite me being in reciept of a confirmation email so I contacted them on Facebook messanger with my details as requested as there was no other means of contacted. They then read my messages and ignored them. Worst company I think ive ever used (not just a taxi company) AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
