We had insurence with you a few years ago..my husband had a really minor scrap in the carpark that was hardly noticeable..there where no repairs done to his car and as far as am aware non to the other car either...we where told we had an access off 3 grand...close brothers made us pay it within 10 days saying they would let other insurence company's know so we couldn't get insurence anywhere else..we're still paying it off now because we had no choice but to get a bank loan so with there charges in all a tiny little scratch that you could heady see its cost us over 4000 pounds...please close brothers Is there anyway of a refund..even 1000 pound fees would of been alot to pay out..at the time the people who I spoke to on the phone where very rude and it wasn't just 1 person as I spoke to a few people..
