I have spoken to Sheilon about my complaint case. I felt so bad talking to her i called so many time but she was always busy and I been told she will call me back but she never called back. After so many time trying to talk to her as she was handling my case she said to me you are not the only customer I have to deal with so don’t call me back. When she will have time she will go through my case and will let me know further. She was so rude after that she took longer than it should be to go through it what I asked for. Very bad experience she need to know how to deal with customers. But I would say the rest of the I have spoken to was nice.
