Ordered a Pixel 4 XL as it had the lowest price on their site. After paying they mailed me saying they made a mistake on their site and I had to pay extra. This is illegal in any EU country and very questionable. After many mails they refused to ship it although I paid 900 euro for the phone as they advertised!! After almost 2 years the phone was faulty and it needed to be replaced. They said I should do it all myself as they could not deal with the brand in this case themselves (google). Then why are you selling this product in the first case if you cannot provide warranty or can't even contact the company? Many mails and calls later they refused to do anything and weren't even willing to send an e-mail to google. Luckily I managed to take care of it myself after weeks of dealing with Google. If you cant provide warranty or decent costumer support for a product, then don't sell it!!!! Do not buy anything on this site!
