Ordered a phone from Clove Technology, I'd not heard of them before but there are some good reviews and some not so good.
Payment for the phone was taken quickly but heard nothing from them.
Phoned Clove and there are multiple options to choose, nobody answered any of the options.
Don't know if Clove is ran out of someone's garage but it's terrible customer service.
Emailed Clove asking what is happening and they just sent my money back.
So if you can shop with a proper company.
