item missing. Shop won't refund me
Managed to place an order with the company that included, amongst other, a pair of sunglasses. However those were missing in the package when I received them, but Customer Service refused to refund or send another one after comunicating me the on CCTV check they had just placed it. I am not raising doubts about their check, but this is the first time I have been treated so poorly without any sort of care. In the end I was the part damaged and there are simply no ways I can prove I am right, unless I would film the moment I unpack the shipping (which never happens). I won't be buying from them anymore and strongly warn other customers about this poor service.
