This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with, I have never actually received the items and they have been with their logistics company the full time. I canceled my order for two pairs of golf shoes 250€ because of they could not find my address and after 14 days they have not yet refunded the payment and have said it will not be made until they receive the items back which doesn't say a lot about the confidence they have in the company DPD they have commissioned to carry out the deliveries. My advice is that if you buy don't try to cancel or return items.
