I ordered 2 cases of flapjacks and it took 8 working days to arrive. I messaged them on Twitter and they responded straight away explaining that the warehouse was being refurbished and that they would be on there way. Great value for money and the best on the market as I used to work for them and make there products. Overall I am happy with the service and the great taste and value of the flapjacks.
