I made an order and was told I would get an email when it was ready to dispatch. I didn't get and email and had no further contact from yourselves. My order got delivered and because I had no tracking information or when it was to be delivered I missed it. I then had terrible experiance with the delivery company where I couldn't actually have a conversation with someone as it was all automated and my order went to the depot. Didn't get told which depot and when I have actually sorted it all I now have to drive a 32 mile round trip to pick the order myself for which I paid for delivery to avoid this. Not happy with communication from your company or the delivery company which has given me a very bad first impression.
