I am only giving four stars, rather than five because only two of the three items initially arrived, with a delivery note to show two items, but no mention of what had happened to the third item. This meant I had to call CNP to find out why the third item was not sent. I spoke to someone very helpful, and changed my order for the third product to order more, which arrived very quickly. I think the product is excellent - I am a chronic migraine sufferer and I think the gels will really help to keep me hydrated when exercising.
