My wife and I usually put in a large order and make it last quite a few months; we were pleased to receive a few samples in our last order when it arrived too. Once we'd tried the samples we got friends to try CNP and we've asked them to order the new products we've tried to supplement our supplies. We obviously like the CNP products and range. Our latest order was WEB9448, despite the online sale you had on at the time - we still had to wait over ten days and that was after my phone call to your depot to ask on the status of our order. It arrived next day, which I'm grateful for but no samples despite its lateness. Not what we're used to - and expect from CNP.
