I found the web site had good pricing and was easy to use. It was easy to place an order on-line. They had free delivery on a Saturday and the delivery was ontime. Notification of the delivery slot was via a text message and a Email follow up. The delivery agent positioned the washer and dishwasher in the room of choice, which in this case was the kitchen of course. They took away all the packaging. I could not have asked for more. Truely Excellent Service! I note that others have had issues with the delivey drivers but i cannot recomend them enough.
