would have given zero if I could… I would have given zero if I could have. If you really loved your loved one that passed away, please do not use this company. Especially the Waltham Abbey branch. Absolutely unacceptable the way we’re treated, give you a date then give that away to someone else. Never answer the phone always goes through to their call centre in Manchester, never call you back when they say. They lie to you, very lack of Communication, we had to ask what time the cars would arrive & the cars were late on the day. 48hrs before my mums cremation was due to take place, we found out by the celebrant (not the coop) that it may not take place & if it did my mum wouldn’t be in the coffin & that she would be cremated at a later date. This was due to my mum having an ICD implant which they knew about from the beginning, & they even received a email from the dr’s surgery, advising who to contact, where it was & that it needed to be removed. My sister gets a call 2 days after the email asking her questions about it. She told them to call barts. Finally my mum went to hospital but it was disconnected not removed, like advised. This caused the near cancellation 48hrs before, as the crematorium refused, as it could blow up. Obviously we were frantic & took us ages to get to speak to someone at the company, to rectify this. We had to take legal advice. My mum finally had the ICD removed on January 24th a day before she was cremated. This company only thinks of money, not what you’re going through. Please do not use as losing someone is enough upset & stress, you don’t need these cowboys adding to it.
