I would give 0 stars if I could. When we had our first conversation with the man in the new Milton branch , he got my husband’s name wrong 4 TIMES. And 4,times we corrected him. Also, when we viewed my husband the day before the funeral, I noticed that they had spelt his name incorrectly on the coffin lid. On the day of the cremation, the female funeral director just referred to my husband as “dad”. Obviously all of this was incredibly upsetting, disrespectful, uncaring , unprofessional and unforgivable. I will be writing to the branch and head office in good time. In the meantime, I would advise anyone to use anyone other than the Co op. The celebrant who performed the ceremony was lovely though, thank goodness.
