As other people have mentioned avoid this company at all costs!
I feel so cheated all I can say is thank God I found out now and can change rather than my children be left trying to deal with this unhelpful dishonest company
They kept saying they had IT issues so we couldn’t make payments
Then cancelled my policy I was told I’d get a refund of all the money paid within 30 days and nothing ever came back
Then I get told I have to wait another 52 days and that I will know where my refund is in
Due course!
This company SERIOUSLY needs to be looked into
