I can agree with all of the above having worked for them. Care of the deceased and their families is disgraceful. Communication between family anf the F.D is nondescript, mainly because the F.D'S dont have time as theyre expected to run up to four funerals a day. There is no care. There is no support. There is no guidence. Only thing this firm is interested in is seeing those cars going out 5 times a day. And thats IF you get through the "soft credit check". Please........ Someones world has just fallen apart and the F.D is asking for 50% up front! Its no longer about making a difference anymore as it was when i first joined, its about turning the screw and upselling at every opportunity. This is why we had to part ways. Co-op funeralcare? Should be Co-op Funeral dont care. Bunch of shysters and con artists preying on the bereaved.
