Absolute disgrace of a company. My dad paid for a funeral plan with them. But we are having a battle with them over the paying fir the funeral which was over a week ago. After being told NOT to call on the day of the funeral, they phoned at 9:30am. This is the most upsetting time of anybody life and they seem determined to make it worse.
