If it wasn't for the fact that I couldn't get the parts anywhere else, I wouldn't have bothered. There overpriced and there customer service is non exist ant. Dare to complain about a faulty part and they simply refuse to take responsibility. It has cost me an enormous amount of money thanks to a faulty part I bought off them. When asked would they contribute to the expense I had incurred in having to have the gearbox removed (again) fixed, and fitted (again) labour, oil etc due to the defective part they didn't want to know. The garage and gearbox specialists who did this work have been fantastic, perhaps coastal motorhome could take a leaf out of their book. The one star was for quick delivery.
