I urge anyone who is considering placing an order with cocooncenter to reconsider and look elsewhere. I also left a review on trustpilot as I really cannot believe how bad this company is. I wish that I had seen the poor reviews before placing my order. I expected the baby bottles I ordered to be delivered last week. They have still not arrived and the tracking number is showing as invalid. The lady I am dealing with has been nothing but rude and arrogant and told me that there is no point in following up daily as the investigation will potentially take 90 days! Obviously my baby cannot wait that long. I will need to reorder elsewhere which I cannot really afford. Absolute thieves.
