I've been ordering from Cocooncenter for years without any problems. However, for some time now, they've been using DPD for delivery – a complete mistake.
According to DPD, my package was delivered "to the mailbox" – which is simply impossible given its size.
DPD has confirmed the loss, but the shop refuses to accept responsibility, claiming their contract is with another shipping partner. As a customer, I can't resolve the issue directly with DPD. Their customer service is very poor. I strongly advise others: If there are delivery issues, you will receive NO support or refunds.
Now I have to get a lawyer involved.
This is bad customer service at its best – no responsibility, no solution, just a waste of time and stress.
