This company is unethical, they trick you into annual plans. When you click to sign up for a monthly plan the company automatically moves to highlight "annual" instead of monthly - the buttons don't look significantly different and unsuspecting customers already made their choice by click "monthly" plan so one does not assume the company will highlight annual on one of their last pages before submitting for the charge. This is a common complaint lodged against this company and they still refuse to fix it. This is a sneaky practice, and cone clearly intended to trick customers into paying more money.
