CodersAvenue (CA) falsely told me that they could update my website and provide an animated graphic for the intro to my website. After I paid CA for the services, I was then told CA cannot update my website unless I pay more to host it with CA. I was also informed after I paid CA for the animated graphic that CA cannot implement the animated graphic into my website. In both cases CA said they could deliver on my requirements, then once paid, changed course and said they cannot deliver. I am 150% NOT satisfied and would highly recommend you do not do business with this company. It has been over 4 months, multiple unannounced changes in project manager, lack of communication (sometimes weeks go by with no contact), uncomfortable sales pressure to purchase additional products and services, and I still don't have a functioning website or usable animated graphic. Add to this, that the changes being attempted by CA are being done to my production website at the moment which is customer facing. I have requested a full refund, however given the other customer complaints I'm not certain if CA will keep to their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. I had to contract with another competent agency to complete my website update.
