Honestly guys, I feel horrible. On Saturday I left a terrible review of your service here as I hadn't received my delivery before you asked me to write a review. However - I take it all back!! All of it! I walked into work this morning to find my parcel sitting on my desk. The cup I ordered is amazing! I ordered it for my girlfriend after I accidentally smashed her old one. She loves it. Keepcups are fantastic. The personalised note from Phillippa was a fantastic touch and as soon as I read it I felt horrific about my review I just had to write a new one. I will absolutely order from you again, the service was actually great. I highly recommend your site and can not apologise enough for my previous review.
