I ordered and paid for a coffee machine on February 27, 2024. They (sounded like a nice gentleman) said they received many pallets of machines and that I'd receive the machine soon. These are all FALSE/LIES.
Do not be deceived by their association with the MY DEALS website, an Australian-recognised deals site
where they advertise their products. COFFEE BEANERY - THEY DO NOT DELIVER! With many phone calls and the promise of a machine or a refund. They no longer return calls, voice mail, messages, or emails. I used a phone that was not recognised, "The man" answered and pretended not to know me, said he was in a warehouse, struggling to hear me, said he was putting me on hold due to 4 other calls on hold and hung up. I should never have paid money through their XERO account system; given their association with the My Deal website, I thought they were reputable. He eventually told me they would refund me, but that did not happen, and I've been waiting since February. Followed up too many times to count, eventually he told me their accounts dept only work on Friday's and he'd follow up. Now he says he doesn't deal with accounts, only in sales. He has been deceptive all the way along. I have email and message trails! Have the decency to refund as promised and run your business ethically! At this stage, they are scammers. I will be taking legal action and lodging a complaint if my refund is not received in due course.
