A little short on information. I ordered the machine, great price, very happy. 2 days passed before I got a confirmation that the order has been picked and was ready for delivery. The item arrived quickly but was left at the front door with the original packaging, not boxed to disguise it in any way. When I picked the box up it was leaking and upon unboxing it was clear that the water came from the unit itself. Perhaps testing of equipment to install levers rather than rotary handles? In reviews, I've read indicated that the machine should come with additional small nozzle alternatives for the steamer. I couldn't locate any. Maybe not for Australian machines???
