The grinder I purchased arrived dead on arrival (DOA). When I requested a replacement, instead of sending one directly, Coffeeteca redirected me to their supplier. This required me to transport the grinder over an hour to reach the supplier, and to make matters more difficult they are closed on weekends. I am still waiting to hear back from the supplier regarding the reason my grinder was DOA and what the next steps are.
I have been without a grinder for over a week now and I am extremely unhappy with Coffeeteca.
I will not be purchasing from Coffeeteca again.
