My new coffee machine is absolutely brilliant! But Startrack's delivery was terrible — they twice left attempted delivery cards in my mailbox with no tracking number and no information about where the parcel had been taken, even after I'd given them authority to leave it. I had to call them five times over the course of a week to find out what was going on and in the end had to drive 40 mins to a depot to pick up my parcel. Not Coffeeteca's fault, obviously — but I thought it might be useful for you to know.
