I ordered a Balmain T shirt a couple weeks ago and the item was stuck with the sender for 2 weeks. I contacted the company today only to be told that the parcel was sent back my royal mail as it was damaged. I requested that they assess the item and if undamaged to send it back out to me. They have refused and said that the T shirt will be going to somebody else as they are waiting in the queue. I do not understand how that is even possible as I have already paid and they had already dispatched the item to me! The customer service assistant was useless and offered no help what so ever! AVOID!!!! I will be awaiting my refund... lets see if it comes in 3-5 business days
