Won't ever order from them again. My sunglasses were delivered to me two days ago via courier. They were thrown over my gate, it rained all day and consequently the entire contents were drenched and the designer box and glasses case are ruined. There is no way to contact them other than via email. I have sent several, not one has included an apology or acknowledged the condition that I received them in. I now have to give up a whole day to wait in for a courier to collect them as no other information has been given to me. whether they will give me a condition based on the state of them upon return, remains to be seen. Appalling communication and customer service.
