I placed an order two weeks ago and still says its in its processing stage and awaiting stock pickup. I had messaged them about this and the first email I received back was not helpful with customer service telling me it was already sent and I should receive it soon. With no verdict I had messaged them again and customer service were very apologetic this time that it hasn't been sent and told me that this was due to the item being out of stock with their supplier. It's been several days since I received that last email and the item still hasn't been sent and I am out more than $600 AUD with no sign that it will ever come.
What makes the experience worse is that the item I purchased is still for sale on the website even though it is currently out of stock at the moment. On top of this, the item is now at a cheaper sale price so I ended up paying $100 more for an item I won't receive.
Horrible experience with this website and will never use it again!!
Update: I had put this review on trust pilot and was taken off and reported by Coggles as they reported that I was not a valid customer. After successfully verifying my details with trust pilot including my order details, it is still not visible to the public.
