Awful. Ordered shoes and 6 days later still not dispatched. I asked to cancel order as they hadn’t left their warehouse and they said sorry they can’t cancel order even though they still have it.
So I’ve got to wait for them to arrive, god knows when that will be then I’ve got to post and await a refund. Shocking customer service. Wish I’d read these reviews and used a better company such as ASOS. Do yourself a favour and buy from a more reputable company.
