I ordered a Valentino bag in the sale. Original value was £595. It was described as black leather covered with metal studs. The studs were actually coated plastic which was a big turn off for a bag of this value. I contacted coggles by phone and was told I should return the bag for a refund and after staying on hold while the supervisor was contacted, I was told the postage would be refunded too as the bag was misrepresented on the website. I am a solicitor and am quite aware of my statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act. However the postage was not refunded and after chasing it up 3 times and fobbed off by Vicki twice and ignored the third time I decided to leave a review on coggles website to let other customers know the bag had plastic hardware. This review never appeared. I have to say that for a company to treat a customer so badly and illegally for the sake of a couple of pound is beyond me. I should not be out of pocket for their mistake. I will never order from them again. Their customer care is appalling.
