Coggles refused to give me a £475 refund for an item which their courier lost. I had proof of leaving my parcel with their courier and it being collected, and yet Coggles refused to issue a refund.
I spent 2 months corresponding with them. Sometimes spending 1 hour explaining the situation and asking for a manager to expedite the situation and no one provided any proactive resolution to the issue. All customer service staff I encountered were of no help at all.
A refund was only eventually issued because the issue was escalated via Klarna, the payment provider I had used thankfully. Otherwise, I believe I would have never received a refund if just dealing direct with Coggles.
I will never shop with them again.
I also urge no one else to shop with them either. I wish I could give less than 1 star, or even negative stars as a rating.
