I placed an order on 21/11/23 for 1 bag.
On the 24th they charged my debit card a second time, without my permission and sent a second bag.
I attempted to return both bags once they arrived.
I have been refunded for one and given the run around on the other.
They ignore your emails(I've emailed 3 different email addresses with no order over a 2 week period.
Save yourself the trouble and dont shop with Coggles.
