OMG I really wish I’d read the reviews on here before making my purchases.
Am waiting on two refunds to the value of over £700 and I’m getting nowhere with ‘the warehouse locating my goods’ despite me having proof of return receipts
I’ve called and they and unhelpful, asked to speak with someone else and no one else is available.
Any advice on how best to continue? I’m like a dog with a bone and will not give up!
