I ordered a Max Mara jacket from Coggles. This is my first order through Coggles but I got a faulty/damaged jacket. It looks like a used item for every button has a lot of damage, rusted, rotten. Who wants to anticipate getting a damaged item like that? I contacted to customer service team through message but even though it has been 40 hours, there’s no answer, resolve the issue.
I also request a return, i don’t get any return label and info!!!!!!!
I live in the US. If you are a US customer, you should avoid Coggles.
I am very disappointed and upset now.
I want to get my full refund and return this faulty item!
