Awful.
Returned 2 costs which were received back to them on Nov 11th.
Still no refund even though they told me it would be refunded to me within 3-5 days over 10 days ago.
Contacted them again to be told they were investigating as items had been lost by them.
Several phone calls and emails later and still no nearer to a refund. Approx £800 owed back to me. Absolutely joke. I am now going to have to contact my bank to recoup the money on my behalf.
