I ordered a sweatshirt before Christmas for my two sons in 3 sizes s,m,l. I checked the size when they arrived and decided just by looking which two to keep and returned the one that I didn’t believe to be needed. Nothing had been tried on as Christmas gifts. I was then notified I wouldn’t get a refund as the item was damaged. I challenged this by phone and was told they would inform the warehouse of my challenge and a refund would be given in 3-5 days. This morning the supposed damaged sweatshirt arrived via dpd. I’ve opened it and it’s as pristine as it was when I returned. There is no damage and it clearly hasn't been tried on at all. It’s just a scam for them to not have to refund. Totally disgusted and am going to escalate as customer service offered no help at all. Will not ever be buying from coggles again and reading all these reviews the refund process is appalling.
