The rampant account locks are no mistake from what I found out through my investigations aided by a private wallet recovery team called "Forexfraudteam" \at\gmail.com. They want to make it look like users violated their terms and condition even though you did nothing wrong. They are letting hackers take over accounts and in turn the lock it indefinitely do they can do business with your money. I learned a hard lesson after my account with over $1.3m assets got locked. Support was unresponsive for months until I involved my legal partners in my case. I suggest you do same if you're experiencing a similar problem with this company.
