I transferred 5k USDC from one of my accounts to CoinDCX, I can clearly see that the transaction is confirmed on blockchain but the balance is not reflected on my CoinDCX portal. It's a scam these guys are running. Their customer support is also not responsive. Fortunately, I have been able to get my money back from them with the help of a recovery agency called aramezglobal.com. Anyone in a similar situation and need help should contact this agency.
