I was a victim of this same issue back in December last year, after months of trying to get my funds back from them I finally gave up because they just don't want to communicate unless they are getting something from me.
Had given up hope already when I came across “ Resuc.org , they came highly recommended and I got my funds back. I'd exhausted every other possible option to get my funds back. Honestly still feels like a miracle. Stay away from them.
