My account has been under review since January 5, 2025, and despite reaching out multiple times, I’ve only received vague responses with no clear answers. I’ve asked for a specific reason for the review, a timeline for resolution, and steps to speed up the process—yet I’ve received nothing but delays and uncertainty. Blocking access to funds without explanation and providing zero transparency is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Uphold to anyone.
