Massive fraud. I changed Bitcoin to Monero. The money never came into my Monero wallet. The money was gone for more than a month. Contacted support several times - always the same answer. "We are having work done on the Monero wallet at the moment, so new transactions aren't appearing and there may be issues refreshing/showing transactions. Do not worry, your funds are safe. Once all is done, every transaction will appear automatically in the app and balances will update.
