I have been with Coinrise for about 8 months. From the beginning they were very up beat and willing to help, but, as soon as my trader found out that I was only will to use small amounts of cash to start with, he dumped me. I was then assigned to another trader, who was slightly more patient. Sadly he was involved in an accident, and again my account was left on it's own. About 3 weeks later an account manager picked up my account, she was going to do big things for me. We had a few conversations, a misunderstanding happened and she to dumped me. That's a real professional for you. Now, no one will answer my emails. I used the CONTACT US, and I have not heard back from them. I am truly upset. Coinrise wants you to do as they say, you will make big trades. DO NOT ask questions or go against their wishes. You might be dumped like me, I have bitcoin sitting there and can't do anything with it.
