I have not been able to withdrawal for the last 4 months, no answer to my email and out of the blue an email from their compliance team that reads: "We would like to inform you that there is an issue with the trading of your accounts, and that the investigation will take approximately two weeks, and this all procedure is processed based on the terms and conditions that you have agreed to open your account." They blocked my client portal access so I cannot check what they are referring to...I have around 50k$ at this brokerage, it seems unreal to me I decided to find a solution to this by seeking help. I found fosterboon, org who helped me in getting my money out and I would advise not to trade/deposit
