I submitted the documents for verification through the portal. After several hours, a representative contacted me to inform me that the documents hadn’t been properly submitted and the verification process hadn’t started yet!!! Be aware that the service only accepts four types of documents!!!!
I resubmitted the correct documents, and the verification was successfully completed!!
