For nearly a week I've been dealing with Coinstore's support, customer service, and members of their team. There's a humanless faceless heartless approach to customers with this organization. They're dubious, will keep your funds sequestered or held hostage, or you may never even get them back! Your information, privacy, dignity and request ridiculous requests are all part and parcel of the game they like to play when their support or customer service is involved. Projects have listed with promises of support only to have to d-list because of failure. I can't tell you enough how much you need to avoid the CeX. It is a borderline criminal organization or dubious at best. Consider yourself warned!
