CoinW has illiterate idiots in their help/support. They are bots or they are very stupid. They asked me to pick fortunas or wallis religion - i have no idea what that is. They are not helpful at all. They are abo9lsutely useless, and because of that you will likely never be able to access your money again on coinW.
