On several times, I have been charged twice the amount when using my contactless payment method. Following numerous emails and calls to customer support, they requested that I supply my bank account information and other details, which I did. They then informed me that I needed to contact customer service once more because the matter was complicated. Naturally, the call center is unreachable, and when I try, they simply tell me to send another email.
People were awful until I decided to follow a friend's advise and contact T O N E L I M I T E D.COM, where I received assistance and received my investment and personal belongings back.
